[* Distance in billion kilometres]
Sample Answer 1:
A glance at the table provided reveals the distances travelled by passengers on five kinds of vehicles in a European country over a twenty years period, from 1995 to 2015. It is evident that there were fluctuations in the distances travelled in different modes of transports over the given period but trains and buses were more popular.
One particularly interesting fact is that from a mere 2 billion kilometres travel in the airway in 1995, it soared to ten times in 2015. This shows that air travel has become popular in recent years. The rail travel, meanwhile, rose gradually by 10 billion in 2005 and reached the 60 billion mark in 2015. From the given figure it is clear that travelling in railways was the most popular form of travelling in the given European country. On the contrary, travelling on a bus was more popular in the 1990s, as 56 billion km were travelled using buses, but lost its popularity in the later years.
Furthermore, distances travelled by bicycles and motorbikes were comparatively lesser and experienced a slow decline, to somewhere in the vicinity of 1 and 2 billion km. respectively in 2005, followed by a slight increase in 2015.
It is also interesting to note that the total distance travelled by the passengers in this country in 1995 was 103 billion km while it increased over the years and reached 130 billion km in 2015.

Model Answer 2:
The table data shows the distance travelled by people using different types of transportation in a European country in three different years. Distance travelled by people is categorized based on 5 types of transportations they used, and is shown in billion kilometres.
Overall, the total distance people in this country travelled increased over time. Besides, buses and trains were their primary mode of transports while air travel gained popularity over time.
As mentioned, buses, despite being the most used transportation type in 1995, became less popular after 20 years. 56 billion km travel by buses in 1995 fell by approximately one-tenth after 10 years. And in 2015, it reduced to 42 billion. However, trains became the most used transportation type in 2015 with 60 billion km travel log which was 18 billion km higher than the bus travel of this year.
Regarding motorbike travels, the distances travelled in 1995 was 5 billion km which declined by 2 billion km after a decade and was 6 billion km in 2015. However, bicycle driving remained almost the same, 2 billion km both in 1995 and 2015 despite a fall in 2005.
The most noticeable increase can be seen in air and rail travel, with the former became ten times to reach 20 billion and the latter rose by approximately a half to become 60 billion kilometres in 2015. This made way for an overall surge by the end of the period.

Sample Answer 3:
The supplied table data presents information on the distance travelled by passengers in a European country in different modes of transportations from 1995 to 2015. As is given in the illustration, buses and rails were the most preferred transportation types but the air travel gained popularity in recent years.
According to the given data, the least number of distance was travelled using bicycles and motorbikes by passengers in this European country. Commuters in this country travelled only 2 billion km. using bicycles in 1995 and it was the same in 2015. Similarly, only 5 billion km were travelled using motorbikes which reached 6 billion after 20 years. Interestingly, the air travels gained huge popularity in later years as 20 billion km distance was passed using aeroplanes in 2015 while this was merely 2 billion km 20 years earlier. Buses and trains were the most preferred transportation types as the highest distance was travelled by the passengers in these two modes of transportation. However, there was an increase in the distance travelled by trains (38 and 60 billion km in 2005 and 2015) while it decreased in the case of the bus (56 and 42 billion km in 2005 and 2015 respectively).
The total distance travelled by passengers increased to 130 billion km. in 2015 in this country from 103 billion km. in 1995.
